Why I built KnowCore
The hardest part of pastoring in the twenty-first century is not preaching or programs. It is that we no longer truly know the people in our congregation.
Life is hectic. People come on Sunday and are gone by Monday. Relationships inside the church have changed over the years. We used to know when a family was struggling because we saw them three times a week. Now we find out when they have already stopped coming.
I am an executive pastor. I did not want another dashboard. I wanted to know my sheep again, without guessing. KnowCore started as the tool my own church needed on Sunday morning, and it still runs there every week.
